How do I place an order?
- When you’ve decided on a particular strain go ahead and press ADD TO CART on the strain description page. The system will confirm the item added to your cart and you will have the option to proceed to checkout or continue shopping. When you have finished shopping click the cart icon at the top right of the webpage. Here you can add or remove items, and checkout.
- When you enter the checkout, you will have an opportunity to review your order summary and enter your shipping information.
- If you have a promo code, enter it here under the Order Summary and click APPLY.
- Click the ‘subscribe to our newsletter’ box if you want to stay in the loop and receive special offers (we won’t overdue it, promise).
I have a promo code. How do I use it?
- So you’ve received a promo code, that’s great! You’ll be prompted to enter the code at the checkout.
Can I change currencies?
- Euros is the only viewable currency at this time.
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
- You will receive an Order Confirmation notice when your order has been received, though we may still be awaiting payment. We will ship your order within 3-4 days of receiving payment at which time you’ll receive a second email with tracking number if applicable. Generally, you should expect to receive your order between 7-14 days after payment is received.

Are there countries you do not ship to?
- Yes, many. We only ship to countries where it is legal to import seeds.
Why don’t you ship to Canada?
- We are currently working to have our genetics available through the legal market in Canada and are unable to sell to Canada directly. We know, it hurts our feelings too.
What payment methods are available?
- Our current payment options are bank transfer or cryptocurrency. We will add additional methods as soon as they become available.
What ship delivery methods are available?
- PostNL Standart Letter Stealth shipping: Your order will be repacked and sent hidden. It means that the order is untraceable and therefore the risk of delivery lays with the customer.
- PostNL Registered (Track&Trace) Stealth shipping: Your order will be repackaged and sent hidden as a registered letter via Post.nl with a tracking number so it cannot get lost in the mail.
- For a total order-volume above 150 Euros, we cover the shipping costs.
- For a total order-volume equal or below 150 Euros, we charge 5 Euros for Standard mail and 15 Euros for Registered mail.
When do I receive free shipping?
- When your order is 150 Euros or greater you will automatically receive free shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
- If payment has not been received, then it is a very easy process to simply cancel your order. If payment has been received, we can only cancel your order if it has not shipped yet. Contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible in these cases.
